Shipping methods and conditions

Free shipping – summary

  • Hungary: GLS parcel locker or parcel point pick-up is free from 30 000 Ft order value; GLS home delivery is free from 50 000 Ft order value.
  • Romania: GLS parcel locker pick-up is free from 400 lei order value; GLS home delivery is free from 650 lei order value.
  • Free shipping does not apply to Magyar Posta/MPL services, nor to deliveries outside Hungary and Romania (see points 4.1 and 4.3).
  • Free shipping applies to the first delivery only.

4.1 Delivery in Hungary

Our contracted logistics partner is GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft. and in accordance with legal obligations delivery service by Magyar Posta is also available.

Below 30 000 Ft order value:
• Pick-up at GLS parcel machines or parcel points: 990 Ft
• Home delivery by GLS: 1990 Ft
• Home delivery (Magyar Posta 0-10 kg): 3480 Ft (Delivery fee: 1990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)
• Pick-up at MPL parcel machine, Posta Pont, postal office 2480 Ft (Delivery fee: 990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)

Within 30 000 - 49 999 Ft order value:
• Pick-up at GLS parcel machines or parcel points: free shipping
• Home delivery by GLS: 1990 Ft
• Home delivery (Magyar Posta 0-10 kg): 3480 Ft (Delivery fee: 1990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)
• Pick-up at MPL parcel machine, Posta Pont, postal office 2480 Ft (Delivery fee: 990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)

50 000 Ft and above order value:
• Pick-up at GLS parcel machines or parcel points: free shipping
• Home delivery by GLS: free shipping
• Home delivery (Magyar Posta 0-10 kg): 3480 Ft (Delivery fee: 1990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)
• Pick-up at MPL parcel machine, Posta Pont, postal office 2480 Ft (Delivery fee: 990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)

Other delivery fees:
• Home delivery (Magyar Posta 10-20 kg): 4480 Ft (Delivery fee: 2990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)
• Home delivery (Magyar Posta 20-40 kg): 7480 Ft (Delivery fee: 5990 Ft and additional 1490 Ft handling fee)

When we hand over your package for delivery, you will receive a delivery notification by e-mail, and then further information about the delivery on the day of delivery.

4.2 Delivery in Romania

Below 400 lei order value:
• Pick-up at GLS parcel machines or parcel points: 15 lei
• Home delivery by GLS: 25 lei

Within 400 - 649 lei order value:
• Pick-up at GLS parcel machines or parcel points: free shipping
• Home delivery by GLS: 25 lei

650 lei and above order value:
• Pick-up at GLS parcel machines or parcel points: free shipping
• Home delivery by GLS: free shipping

Limitation of free shipping to the first delivery

Free home delivery/collection only applies to the first delivery. In the case of resending due to non-acceptance, a delivery fee is payable.

4.3 Home delivery outside Hungary

We deliver your order to any country, you can find out about the delivery prices below:

  • Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia: 5490 Ft (€14)
  • Czech Republic: 5490 Ft (341 Czech crowns)
  • Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria: 6990 Ft (€18)
  • Denmark, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain: 9990 Ft (€25)
  • Other European countries: 11,990 Ft (€30)
  • Other countries in the world outside Europe: 19,990 Ft (€50)

5. Completion date

Dispatch: 1–3 working days. Over the last 30 days, 74% of orders were dispatched within 2 working days and 94% within 3. After dispatch your parcel arrives according to the delivery method you chose.

Delivery information for the Products is stated in the product description; the expected delivery time of your specific order is sent in the order confirmation e-mail. The maximum statutory performance deadline is, independently of the above, 30 days.

5.1 48H EXPRESS SHIPPING

In the case of products marked with "48H EXPRESS SHIPPING", orders placed on working days will be packed and handed over to the courier service for delivery within 48 hours.

The dimensions of a product may differ as to whether "48H EXPRESS SHIPPING" is available.

Orders placed on a holiday are packed and delivered on the first working day.

If the order also contains a product that is not covered by the "48H EXPRESS SHIPPING" option, the delivery deadline specified in point 5 applies to the fulfillment of the order.
