DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS
GLS will deliver webshop orders for the last time before Christmas on December 22, 2023.
Certain products come from our foreign warehouse, the delivery time of which may be longer, so if you definitely want to put something under the Christmas tree as a gift, we recommend that you buy it in our store in Budapest or Bucharest.
Our webshop continues to accept orders even during the holidays, but due to the holidays at the end of the year, the packaging and dispatch of orders may take longer than usual.
Orders are prepared and delivered between December 27 and 29, but our products from our foreign warehouse will arrive in Hungary only in January 2024, and we can deliver them after January 2.

RETURN OF GIFTS PURCHASED FOR CHRISTMAS
Unworn sneakers and clothes bought as gifts between December 11 and December 23, 2023 in the webshop and in our store will be returned until January 10, 2024. The paid purchase price will be added to a True to Sole gift voucher.
For products purchased in the webshop, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt, in which case the purchase price will be refunded.

AVAILABILITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customer service will not be available by phone between December 21, 2023 and January 1, 2024, but only by e-mail. GLS customer service can provide information on the exact delivery date of orders that are already being shipped.
