Free returns from Hungary

You can cancel your order within 14 days after delivery and return the package to us free of charge from Hungary through any GLS parcel locker. To do this, just follow these steps:

1) Notify our customer service in writing of your intention to cancel!
2) For the return, it’s easiest to use the box you received the order in (seal it securely) – but be sure to pack the returned product carefully to avoid damage!
3) Enter the required information on this website!
4) Write the code you receive on the website clearly on the package!
5) Within the return deadline, take the package to any of the more than 2400 GLS parcel lockers in Hungary, enter the code to send it, place the package inside, and it’s on its way to us!

Keep these in mind:

• Free returns are only available for cancellations confirmed by our customer service within 14 days from the confirmation!
• You can only send the package via GLS parcel lockers, not at GLS parcel points.
