Shipping methods and conditions

4.1 Delivery in Hungary

Our contracted logistics partner is GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft.; in accordance with legal obligations, the Magyar Posta service can also be selected. 

Order value below 30 000 Ft:

  • Pick-up at a GLS parcel locker or parcel point: 990 Ft
  • Home delivery by GLS courier: 1990 Ft
  • Home delivery (Magyar Posta 0-10 kg): 3480 Ft (Delivery fee: 1990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)
  • Delivery to an MPL parcel locker, Posta Pont or post office: 2480 Ft (Delivery fee: 990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)

Order value between 30 000 and 49 999 Ft:

  • Pick-up at a GLS parcel locker or parcel point: free of charge
  • Home delivery by GLS courier: 1990 Ft
  • Home delivery (Magyar Posta 0-10 kg): 3480 Ft (Delivery fee: 1990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)
  • Delivery to an MPL parcel locker, Posta Pont or post office: 2480 Ft (Delivery fee: 990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)

Order value of 50 000 Ft or more:

  • Pick-up at a GLS parcel locker or parcel point: free of charge
  • Home delivery by GLS courier: free of charge
  • Home delivery (Magyar Posta 0-10 kg): 3480 Ft (Delivery fee: 1990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)
  • Delivery to an MPL parcel locker, Posta Pont or post office: 2480 Ft (Delivery fee: 990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)

Other home delivery fees:

  • Home delivery (Magyar Posta 10-20 kg): 4480 Ft (Delivery fee: 2990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)
  • Home delivery (Magyar Posta 20-40 kg): 7480 Ft (Delivery fee: 5990 Ft, plus a 1490 Ft handling fee)

When we hand over your package for delivery, you will receive a delivery notification by e-mail, and then further information about the delivery on the day of delivery.

4.2 Delivery in Romania

Order value below 400 lei:

  • Pick-up at a GLS parcel locker: 15 lei
  • Home delivery by GLS courier: 25 lei

Order value between 400 and 649 lei:

  • Pick-up at a GLS parcel locker or parcel point: free of charge
  • Home delivery by GLS courier: 25 lei

Order value of 650 lei or more:

  • Pick-up at a GLS parcel locker or parcel point: free of charge
  • Home delivery by GLS courier: free of charge

Limitation of free shipping to the first delivery

Free home delivery/collection only applies to the first delivery. In the case of resending due to non-acceptance, a delivery fee is payable.

4.3 Home delivery to other territories

We deliver your order to any country; you can find the delivery prices below: 

  • Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia: 5490 Ft (€14)
  • Czech Republic: 5490 Ft (341 Czech crowns)
  • Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria: 6990 Ft (€18)
  • Denmark, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain: 9990 Ft (€25)
  • Other European countries: 11990 Ft (€30)
  • Other countries in the world outside Europe: 19990 Ft (€50)

5. Delivery deadline

Delivery information for the Products is stated in the product description. Products in stock are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days: over the last 30 days, 74% of orders were handed over to the courier service within 2 working days and 94% within 3 working days. The delivery time of the courier service is added to this. If the product description states a different deadline, that deadline shall prevail; in all cases, we undertake delivery within a deadline of no more than 30 days. The expected delivery time of the specific order is sent in the order confirmation e-mail.

5.1 Non-working days

Orders placed on a non-working day are packed and handed over for delivery on the first working day.
