Best time to measure is in the evening. Measure with the ruler from the base of your heel, keeping it pressed against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe.

The True to Sole shoe tree preserves the original shape of your sneakers and reduces creasing!

If you want to keep your shoes in top shape, insert the shoe tree after taking them off!

Available in two sizes.
The package contains one pair of shoe trees.

Usage:
Make sure to place the left and right shoe trees in the correct shoes. Bend the spring, push it into the toe of the shoe, then gently let the plastic end rest against the heel of the shoe.
