Year-end opening hours and customer service availability

At the end of 2022 and in the new year, the opening hours of the True to Sole store, the delivery of webshop orders and the availability of customer service will be as follows:

Opening hours of our Budapest store

December 24-26, 2022 CLOSED
December 27-30, 2022 12:00 - 20:00
December 31, 2022 - January 3, 2023. CLOSED
January 4, 2023, 12:00 - 20:00

Delivery of online orders

Last delivery date for webshop orders before Christmas: December 23, 2022.

In order for the courier to deliver the order no later than December 23 , look for the "48H Express Shipping sticker" . In the case of delivery to a Hungarian address, place your order by 14:00 on December 20, 2022, for addresses in Romania, Slovakia or the Czech Republic, the deadline is 14:00 on December 19.

Our webshop continues to receive orders even during the holidays, but due to the holidays at the end of the year, the packaging and dispatch of orders may take longer than usual.

Orders are prepared and delivered between December 27 and 30, but our products from our foreign warehouse will not arrive in Hungary until January 2023, and we can deliver them after January 4.

Our webshop will be closed on January 2-3, 2023 due to a technical transition and will only accept new orders from January 4.

Returning gifts bought for Christmas

We will take back unworn sneakers and clothes bought as gifts between December 10 and December 23, 2022 in the webshop and in our store until January 9, 2023. The paid purchase price will be added to a True to Sole gift voucher.

For products purchased in the webshop, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt, in which case the purchase price will be refunded.

Customer service availability

Our customer service December 23 and 26, 2022 and Dec. 30-31. will not be available between
