True to Sole is the number one source of limited sneakers and streetwear items in Hungary. We are now looking for a new customer service employee to join the constantly expanding team of our Budapest headquarters!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF...
- you like dealing with people and are happy to help them
- you know the world of sneakers and streetwear brands well
- you can express yourself confidently and selectively, verbally and in writing
- your mind is quick and you are creative in solving problems
- you are over 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma
- active, at least intermediate English language skills are required, you must e-mail and call our foreign customers in English)
TASKS:
- Answering customer service e-mails and telephones on working days between 9 am and 5 pm
- Answering questions from interested parties (general information, stock information, status of orders)
- Quick resolution of emerging problems and quality complaints, in cooperation with other members of the team, our partners, and courier services
- Accurate registration of individual customer service matters, and follow-up up to a solution that ensures customer satisfaction
ADVANTAGES:
- If you speak another foreign language in addition to English (Romanian and Czech an advantage)
