When I say Yeezy, you probably think of one of the Yeezy 350s, but the Yeezy sneaker range is much, much wider than that and there are plenty of them that are perfect for cold weather. Let's take a look at some of the ones you'll find in the True to Sole shop and webshop!
The Yeezy 500 is a more ruggedly built and thoroughly lined shoe, so - although low-top - it's a good choice for cold weather with a thick sock. If you don't like the booty build and prefer a less delicate colour (such as Utility Black), then a shoe like this is also a good choice for cooler weather.
In December 2019, the first high-top version came out in navy blue: it was the Yeezy 500 Slate, which is both comfortable and warm, a truly stylish winter boot from Kanye. And then of course the high-top 500 has dropped a number of cw since then, one of which is the Yeezy 500 High Mist Stone in a shade of grey.
Yeezy Desert Boot
Naturally not just for the desert, Ye's other well-known boot is the Desert Boot, with a rugged construction reminiscent of military boots. The shoe's thick and rugged sole, its upper made from a combination of mesh and split leather, and most of the colours released so far, add to the "military" effect. True to Sole's range currently includes Sand-coloured Rock and Dark Oil Desert Boot colourways.
The basketball Yeezy QNTM sneaker was designed by Kanye for everyday wear, accordingly the comfort is provided by adidas Boost technology and the style is by that it's a Yeezy! As one of the few high-top Yeezy sneakers, it lends itself to being a comfortable wear in colder weather. Previously released and fresh, recently dropped colorways are also in our selection, such as the QNTM Onyx, which features black and dark grey colours dominating the upper and sole, making it even more of a winter style shoe.
